Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We have perhaps 100 pro licenses and half dozen webinar licenses (500's and 3K). I suspect we're approaching 10 million minutes (small potatoes I know), but still, we have activity at all levels in most of the ministries (departments). I have been the owner/admin of this account, from the beginning.

- Excellent actual WebRTC; super-efficient real-time network app
- Always on, always works
- Feature/option rich
- More shortcuts on the GUI (maybe we can create our own macro-like shortcuts).
- All of the above for so many reasons. Zoom's Quality of Experience makes tech-collabs highly effective.
