Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
My company uses Zoom for meeting with clients in our conference rooms and when we use screen sharing from our various desks. I mainly use Zoom when we have meetings for ad buying and ad placement agencies. We can easily screen share and go through Decks with clients and their partners. Everyone can easily join.
Pros
- Ease of use for first-time users.
- It works across multiple devices so we don't have to just use our macs.
- Recording meetings is very easy.
Cons
- Large group meetings can get chaotic and the muting options don't allow for a lot of customization.
- The user interface is not particularly smooth.
- Zoom is great for any organization looking to make communications more personal. It integrates well with a number of vendors such as Slack. It is also perfect for companies doing demos or support.
- Meetings happen quicker and smoother so we're not wasting time.
We do not use Zoom Rooms currently.
Zoom was much more intuitive and worked much more often than Webex. I have many problems with Webex from both clients ends and our ends not being able to connect or hear us once we connected.
