Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used across our entire organization as employees work virtually 60% of the time. We also use it to have meetings with clients as my department provides customer support.
- Scheduling.
- Screen sharing.
- Connectivity.
- None that I can think of.
- Improved client relationships.
- Assist with internal communication.
I have yet to use this feature.
Zoom is far better than all the competition!
