Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is currently in use by multiple departments in the organization who have driven adoption. We are now ready to deploy corporate wide. We have found that zoom allows us to streamline the amount of communication devices needed by the company to facilitate the multitude of meetings that happen on a daily basis.
- Zoom Rooms are easy to set up which saves your organization tons of support time.
- Zoom is intuitive for most users with its simple to use buttons and words.
- Zoom allows your tech departments to focus attention on more business-critical needs.
- Webinars can be a confusing place to navigate for most people, but Zoom makes is easier. It still has room for improvement.
- The need for a computing device makes Zoom challenging.
- Zoom is allowing us to trim down from 3 UC providers to just 1 within 6 months, saving a substantial amount of money.
- Zoom has taken our Training and Development Department to new heights and allowed them to do things we have not been able to do with other providers, such as breakout rooms and collaborative whiteboards.
- Zoom could do a better job at how it manages meeting recordings, but it is still a great environment.
Zoom was just easier to use and provided us a great platform for all other technologies to integrate with as we migrate. It is now the hub of the wheel and the other devices connect to it effortlessly.
