Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I used it personally to schedule meetings when I'm working from home. I also use it to log in to my design class through general assembly. The team as a whole doesn't use it together.

- Easy sign in using Gmail
- Strong network connectivity, clear image and sound
- I like that the meeting time is at least 40 minutes. That's enough time to run 2-3 tests
- I like the active speaker view, full-screen and gallery views, simultaneous screen share, telephone dial-in numbers, desktop and application sharing, personal rooms or meeting IDs, instant or scheduled meetings, raise hand options, breakout rooms, and whiteboarding sessions
- Longer meeting times
- I'd like to use Zoom on my mobile phone to record my screen on iOS and Android
- Price per month could be more affordable for single users and testers
- When it becomes more affordable, I could use it for more testing.
I selected Zoom because it was suggested to me during a meeting. I also like that it is free to download, has clear audio, and doesn't break off during calls.
