Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are in the process of transitioning off of Google Hangouts to Zoom. It's currently being used on an individual by individual basis but will be rolled out wall to wall. It solves a few problems at Asana: 1. Easier to use when working with external parties (in BD, sales, CS), and 2. Easier to use when connecting our remote teams.
- Can launch super quickly; less fuss with figuring out plug-ins.
- Integrated platform.
- Simple UI
- More integrations
- Much less frustration by employees
- Easier collaboration
We are moving off of Hangouts because it's difficult for non-Google folks to use.
