It integrates seamlessly with our SSO provider, making it simple to provision new accounts. The Zoom Dashboard is a priceless tool to give us in-depth meeting stats, for both live and historical meetings. If a user reports an issue in a Zoom meeting, we can log into the dashboard and get stats in real-time, finding and resolving the issue in a matter of minutes; a process that used to take hours or even days.
Another amazing aspect of Zoom is the customer support team. Anytime I open a ticket, I get a response from a product expert in a timely manner - my tickets don't sit in a triage queue for days at a time. Zoom also assigns you a designated Customer Success Manager, who can help with just about anything Zoom related.
