We use it across the whole organization. It has proved to be very helpful as a communication tool in an increasingly global company.
- Audio quality.
- Conferencing with external partners.
- Integration with Gmail and conference rooms.
- Ease of use.
- Additions: it should be standard for all Zoom meetings to have the functionality to call a phone directly.

- Easily able to host company-wide events and informational sessions.
It's greatly increased our ease of video conferencing.
Cisco WebEx is a very similar product and experience. However, Zoom is more cost-efficient and a better option for smaller organizations.
