Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom has made it so easy for users to conduct meetings and not have to hassle with figuring it all out. Zoom is just so much simpler.
- Usability.
- Troubleshooting.
- Access is simple.
- Room map layout.
- More global extensions for phones.
- Better value.
- A better platform with more features.
Zoom Rooms were easy to convert into and still be able to use our existing hardware. Users didn’t notice the difference, other than the new Zoom icon versus the previous vendor.
Better product.
