Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Since being placed in shelter due to COVID-19 and having to telework, I now use Zoom to hold full staff and community partner meetings. This has been very helpful since the majority of my work involves meetings, collaborations and communication with people from all over the country. I highly recommend and plan to continue to subscribe.

Microsoft Teams does not allow full visibility of everyone on the call vs. Zoom. In addition, I feel that there is a level of privacy with this platform and I like the fact that I have control to be able to go in and adjust my own settings, if I should need a change.
