Zoom is used across our whole organization to host virtual meetings with clients and internally with our team and colleagues. It allows us to stay connected while working remotely.

- Participants wait in the waiting room before you can admit them to the meeting
- Very cost effective solution across our whole organization.
- Increased efficiency
We actually use both but I like Zoom because when sharing your screen you can still see participants if they're on video. Also Zoom has a free feature that Teams doesn't have.
