Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Our organization primarily uses Zoom to deliver our projects remotely. By far it is the most efficient tool for us to communicate with our team members, vendors, and customers. It addresses our consulting challenges when it comes to implementing hands-on activities and having separate rooms for customers to discuss concerns within themselves and create camaraderie within the group.

- Saves customer's expense in board and lodging.
- Saves flight and meal expenses for the consultants.
Zoom app is user friendly, it is also very fun to use. We chose zoom over other apps because of its efficiency and better functionality. Because of Zoom, we've all become great communicators. Also, since it is widely used by business owners and corporations, people are counting on it in terms of keeping the business afloat.
