Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We have customers which use our products. Whenever they face any issues with configuration or bugs in the software, they open up a ticket with us. We then use Zoom to organise a meeting after consulting their preferred time and then debug the problem by taking remote access to their system. The audio option helps us to be on top of the issue with the customer.

  • Copy-paste option to the customer's screen.
  • Clarity with even less data bandwidth.
  • Easy to use.
  • Minimizing and maximizing the screen is a bit confusing
  • At times, the meeting invites accepted in outlook does not show up in the zoom application.
  • I would prefer if the app is always signed in,
  • Screen sharing.
  • Audio.
  • Video for corporate meetings.
  • Fixing customers' issues through zoom meetings saves a trip to the customer's location.
  • The happy customer never stops using our products. Hence, continuous revenue.
  • We use Zoom and keep our customers happy. They buy more devices/products due to this.
I would say that Webex is almost similar to Zoom in regards to the enhancements and usage. The UI of Webex is a bit simpler. Whereas the zoom UI has a lot of information and a first-time user might need some time to get used to it. Zoom is way very inferior to GoToMeeting which doesn't have around 80% of the options that zoom provides.

My best-case scenarios happen during meetings with customers. The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored. I personally have not found a scenario where it is not appropriate. with the current work-from-home scenario in most companies, Zoom is a go-to method for communication.
