Overall Satisfaction with Zoom IQ

Great tool to use intelligence on calls and have same user experience: We used it to analyze my reps conversations with clients as a way to understand how were they doing and also how conversations, meetings went with those clients for purposes of client management, on boarding, upselling, information procurement for deals and also as training sessions for other reps. Since our tool of preference for calls is Zoom is actually easier to have all integrated in one tool and navigate the same user experience when having calls and de-briefing afterwards. Main areas to coach: - Selling process - Virtual presentation skills finally to track common conversations, topics or questions from questions. Also for managers training as directors would also look at how we manage our teams calls, times and feedback.

  • Not easily attributable but reps performances we have been able to improve
  • Having both platforms Zoom IQ and Gong overlapping makes ROI probably decrease
  • We have recorded and analyzed more than 10 customer calls per rep per specific region a week, converting the database into a huge repository of customer, market, and product intelligence as well as the main benefits explained before.
For sales management, Gong has greater more useful tools and an easier user interface making it easier specially for managers to organize coaching and feedback calls per rep. Chorus.ai does mainly the same but lags behind Gong on user experience so I won´t put this as a pro from them against Zoom IQ.

Super useful for understanding conversations better, common topics or questions or simply to review calls (already happening in zoom) to improve reps performance Deep sales insights for deal management is less appropriate v.s other tools Now, for training and information tracking purposes is also a great tool since it helps you have in place a repository of calls, comments and more importantly some analytics (not good enough for calls in spanish though). If you use zoom as the main platform for customer and internal calls, is a great bundle offering great user experience and similarity, familiarity of both interfaces

4 - Sales support teams with low or medium skills in configuring online platforms. Actually organizing the tool to be workable and be improved over time looks to be something not very difficult although I don´t do it myself for which I can´t talk from first-hand experience
