We use zoom for a good portion of our meetings.
We use zoom to host meetings with people outside of our organization that do not have teams.
We also use zoom to view meetings with outside parties.
Having the chat and breakout room features is a great option to add to zoom. It has been very helpful for us since Covid.

We actually use both Teams and Zoom. We mainly use Zoom for meetings with people outside our organization. We regularly host meetings and conferences. It has made things a lot easier for us. It is a universal platform that everyone can use with little to no issues.
