Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom primarily for online meetings with large audiences. Sometimes, I use it to speak to one of our vendors as that's their tool of choice.
- I think it has negative impact because it makes you arrive late at any meeting due to being FORCED to install software updates at the worst possible time.
The only reason why my company uses Zoom is because the company-wide meeting is too large to continue using Google Meet. Thankfully, this is not often.
