Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is great for your company because most of what we do day-to-day are meeting with large groups of individuals and our work is often visual in nature and having a platform with a screensharing and presentation format makes that much easier for us. The recent AI meeting summary tool has also been invaluable as it allows of to record and glace at meeting notes or discussions that may have been missed or overlooked.

- I don't enjoy closing extra browser tabs when opening meetings

Zoom is much easier to use and doesn't require complex means of signing in like Mircosoft does and has led to several members of my team complaining consistently due to this issue they experience with Teams
