Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Meetings, VoIP system, I can be anywhere to receive a call. I can answer the call from my cell phone, desk phone or desktop Zoom app. I can switch the call from desk phone to cell phone app.

We had an old pbx system and wanted to replace with VoIP. During our search for the better system, we found that Zoom could be a better option. So, we selected Zoom.
