Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Great for hosting large meetings and work meetings in general, whether it’s one on one meetings or all staff meetings. Tools like break out rooms and the white board help for having more interactive meetings
Pros
- Easily assign licenses and keep admin private
- Host large meetings and assign cohost if anyone is to help out with the meeting
- Warnings , for instance audio issues or poor connection
Cons
- Sometimes break out rooms can be confusing
- Wish sharing audio selection can still be used if not selected in the beginning
- Saved time from troubleshooting
- Account managers could be more responsive( negative )
