Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Covid changed the landscape of our business in many ways. The implementation of Zoom made the transition into this new way of doing business for us much easier and far less complicated than it could have been. It enabled us to continue to do business without interruption and service our clients without any loss of service.
Pros
- Enbaled us to meeting with clients with an easy to use connection
- It allows better team experiences by having a combined staff meeting
- It has given my team the power to be on the go and never miss a client.
Cons
- Some users find it hard to locate the features such as audio sharing
- Some of my older teammembers struggle when the audio doesn't connect and finding how to fix it
- New features require a learning curve
- It has enabled us to broaden our reach to clients that in the past were a far drive away
- it has enabled us to conduct business on the go
- It has increased our collaboration as a team
We haven't gotten into it a great deal yet, my team always requires extra handholding so we are planning to ramp up usage when I am sure my team understands how it work.
I find the tools are easier to use at Zoom, the meetings and phone calls are clearer with a better connection. Easier to set up and easier for non account holders to join the meeting.
