Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
To host external meetings with teams, officials, and other stakeholders outside our organization. We also use Zoom to connect guests that are off-site when we have in person board meetings. We schedule these calls in advance and utilize zoom settings to our benefit based on what the format of the call is.

- It has been vital since the beginning of pandemic for connecting stakeholders
- We were able to host two NWSL Drafts over zoom instead of in-person, saving us a ton of money on in person rental space/equipment/technology.
Meeting notes are the only area in which AI has provided some help for us. It is useful to have a full log of the interactions over course of a long call, but often the notes are inaccurate, run-on sentences, or just not intelligible. It has the potential to be a bigger help, but needs fine tuning
