Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace as our main phone/texting hub externally. We have 6 lines and 6 dedicated users.

Pros

  • Send Calls
  • Send Receive Texts

Cons

  • Doesn't ring to our phones consistently (we use the mobile app).
  • Cannot emote on texts.
  • Doesn't integrate with apple contacts well.
  • minimal impact either way.
  • AT&T Business
