Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We have licenses for phone lines and virtual access.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate
  • Great features (polls, raise hand, etc.)
  • Aesthetically pleasing

Cons

  • Not always aware of updates upon logging in for the day
  • Centralized communication
Zoom Workplace checks WAY more boxes than any of these, except I believe that BlueJeans had more permissions (facilitator, moderator, etc.)

I've honestly never had an issue or needed to reach out to support and I am usually the facilitator for several training/ development webinars.
