Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We leverage Zoom phone, chat, Contact Center (new) and FaxSIPit. This change allowed us to move away from our 20+yo on-prem phone system consolidating vendors and moving to SIP (VOIP) in lieu of T1 PRI's.
Pros
- Web based portal
- Real time changes available
- Easy to use for the end-user
Cons
- Better documentation and training
- Ability to perform an internal transfer from Zoom Phone to Contact Center.
- Improved collaboration
- Enhanced communications with the addition of Tema Chat
- Would like to see better integration with the Zoom Rooms
It is used sparingly.
We liked RC but support in our virtual environment was not available.
