Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We leverage Zoom phone, chat, Contact Center (new) and FaxSIPit. This change allowed us to move away from our 20+yo on-prem phone system consolidating vendors and moving to SIP (VOIP) in lieu of T1 PRI's.

Pros

  • Web based portal
  • Real time changes available
  • Easy to use for the end-user

Cons

  • Better documentation and training
  • Ability to perform an internal transfer from Zoom Phone to Contact Center.
  • Improved collaboration
  • Enhanced communications with the addition of Tema Chat
  • Would like to see better integration with the Zoom Rooms
It is used sparingly.
We liked RC but support in our virtual environment was not available.
