Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are a completely remote company, so all meetings- internal and with clients- occur on Zoom Workplace. Not only do we lead meetings on Zoom Workplace, we also do product trainings and troubleshoot user problems using the sharescreen functionality.

Pros

Cons

  • Wish troubleshooting with sound was better
  • Wish blurring the background worked better for long hair
  • Wish we had more interactive features
  • It is a great way to get to meet new team members since we are all virtual
  • Our product costs would be higher if we had to travel to do our implementations. Zoom Workplace saves the customer from covering our travel.
We definitely use Zoom Workplace AI to take the notes during our larger meetings. It is beneficial- even though we have an assigned note taker- for them to be able to refer back to the AI notes for more information.

Zoom Workplace has been great for us to lead meetings and interactive trainings/screenshares with clients. We have a lot of team members, so sometimes it is hard to see everyone's face on one screen. It is important for me to see everyone when we are communicating critical or tough information.
