Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Used for meetings and training sessions. Complex roll out process under consideration for folding AI into organization.

Pros

  • schedule meetings
  • recording library
  • create templates

Cons

  • connection setup for MS Office products
  • Common calendaring is complex across timezones
  • bandwidth is sometimes an issue
  • too early to tell, but I am enthusiastic
  • workforce is getting comfortable with the ease of video calls
  • looking forward to next steps, audience is curious
Much cleaner interface with Zoom Workplace, but using both platforms currently.
