Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for meetings with clients, internally, and during events. Zoom allows for our company to work remote effortlessly, allowing our employees to stay home when we hold events, allowing customer interaction to be smooth, and allowing onboardings to happen quickly without flaw. With Zoom, majority of our day to day can be handled easily especially when it comes to my role of IT admin and being able to assist users remotely

Pros

  • Screen sharing allows for our users to present without having to collab on one file
  • Remote control allows for myself to remediate issues without having the user bring in their device
  • Meetings allow for all users from around the world in the company to meet regardless of location.

Cons

  • Integrations should be a lot more thorough then a click and go
  • Support can sometimes take a while to respond but from the amount of users, it is understandable.
  • Easy communication
  • Organized scheduling
  • Face to face without being present
We sometimes utilize Huddle on Slack but Zoom Workplace allows for so much more during video calls. Recording, remote control, quality just to name a few

Having a company kick off event with multiple people presenting, some remote and some in office, it allowed for everything to be done on one device and users presenting from their seats through shared screens, muting and unmuting, options to raise hands and leave questions within the chat therefore preventing interruptions in the event.
