Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use the Zoom Workplace for the purposes of our VOIP office system. We primarily use it for the IVR menus to provide automation of directions for callers to reach the best person.
This system has solved some issues we were having with our previous supplier. Shared call queue SMS where a team can communicate with callers, good AI voice prompt creation eliminating the need for hiring voice acting or having inconsistent voices at different areas of the system.

Pros
- Zoom Phone App is very easy to use
- AI Voice Prompt creation
- Call Queue SMS where a whole team can interact with an inbound sms person. Also the rules that only 1 team member at a time can communicate with the inbound SMS person
- Admin setup is very versatile and easy to use to get what you need
- Unlimited call recording storage
- Scheduler component as a replacement for Calendy like tools
Cons
- More AI voice options would be helpful
- More payment features for clients outside of the US (only Credit Card or Pay Pal). More auto payment options
- Easier to use scheduler function
- Cost savings due to competitive pricing of Zoom
- Cost savings of not having to hire voice actors
- Zoom Phone tools allow for very customizable options
Overall better experience with Zoom. Features we wanted with RingCentral were not coming and Zoom had them. Also price was more competitive for improved level of service.
