Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We have virtual assistants who are in another country. Without Zoom Workplace I don't know how we would be able to collaborate and all remain on the same page without our Zoom meetings. We also use the Team Chat as well and that is very helpful to get out information to the whole team in one message or for just one on one communication on a specific case. Zoom is a must have for remote workers and virtual assistants working abroad it brings the whole world to your desktop.
Pros
- Face to Face Virtual Team Meetings
- Multiple subjects on the screen at once without any glitchy interference
- Screen Sharing with out any gliches
- Team Building exercises and Hi energy discussions about Goals we want to achieve as a team
- Great Team Chat to talk to everyone at once or one on one as well
Cons
- be able to share contact cards via the texting feature attached to phone
- Sometimes it is hard to answer a call on mobile for some reason
- Great impact on teamwork within the firm its easy for everyone to get together and brain storm know their position and how to play it.
- The cost savings just in travel expenses alone are enormous.
- The ability to share screens allows for great training opportunities that can be done in one session rather than many.
