Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Our company uses Zoom for a number of products as we all work remotely. The use of Zoom meetings is the #1 use case that allows us to connect to our clients and stay in touch. Second feature is the Zoom phone as we have an office number that is now available to all employees to answer no matter where they are around the world. Keeping us connected is the name of the game and what we want to accomplish.
Last but not least the Webinar platform is fantastic and highly recommended.

It could allow us to have a transcript of the meetings and just copy and past it into emails or even sent the transcript in bullet form. It would be nice if it could also differentiate between different people on the call and give a full transcript from each individual.
Yes with Zoom you need to actually have people answering phones but at least you are providing quality and accurate information unlike other services that do not know your business. Keep it in house and get the most out of it and it is worth every penny. Never outsource your customer service.

Across the team we have one setup management that allows our users to have a custom setting or just stick to the standard company rules. Reporting is very important when it comes to customer service and Customer success and it is all built in. Recording calls and having them accessible anywhere is fantastic

Using Zoom Workplace

30 - Communication with clients both via phone and meetings. Internal team meetings are also held with zoom. We have in the past also conducted some webinars and it functioned very well. The zoom phone is great for incoming calls that log and also allow the redirect of calls between the team. Having the ability to answer from your phone and move to your pc is great
