Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for business meetings all day, every day. We meet with customers and partners to discuss new opportunities. It helps us meet with a larger amount of people and expand business opportunities for us. If we did not have Zoom workplace, we wouldn't be able to have the cliental that we do.

It has helped me with having a summary of the key points that were discussed in a meeting and usually summarizes it far better than I ever could. It keeps me much more organized, and I file the ones that I want to keep.
Zoom Workplace is a more user-friendly product. It is very convenient and easy to be able to switch how things are programmed where Nextiva is not as friendly Zoom workplace is. You can't go in and change the keys and positions on your phone even. Zoom is much better!

AI has worked well to be able to have a transcript summary of our calls that needed notation on. It has been a great tool to go back to after meetings to send to other co workers or just have it for to store in a folder do you have evidence on what was talked about.
