Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoom Workplace is used to manage our internal meetings and for our customer education classes. We find it to be pretty useful to meeting the needs of both use-cases and allowing a consistent experience for employees and customers alike. We have also leveraged it in a Customer Support/Success capacity to help manage some of regular customer meetings and for working through our Onboarding process.

In the use-case of internal collaboration among teams, we've found Zoom Workspaces to be a consistently reliable tool that allows us to handle most of our team meeting needs. The ability to mark up other user's screens has proven especially helpful during design and planning sessions. We've also made extensive use of it with Training and Enablement activities as a way to promote engagement with the audience and ensure that the participants are able to help get the most out of the trainings we prepare and deliver.
