Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom as our main telephone system. It has been a change in our operations and we are able to answer more calls compared to our old system. It's easy and reports are easy to pull. Zoom has really changed the way we communicate with our clients and are able to provide a higher level of customer serivce.
