Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We are a mental health clinic. We use Zoom for our telehealth services, our inter office chat, and our phone lines for the entire clinic.

Pros

  • The chat system is great for quick communication
  • Zoom has made it easy to text with our clients
  • It is easy to book spaces within our office using the workplace reservation system

Cons

  • The freezing in videos can be difficult
  • We have had trouble with meeting links not working
  • Creating an SMS campaign was confusing
  • We are able to text with clients in a HIPAA compliant manner
  • We have been able to provide telehealth services allowing us to service people all over the state that are not within driving distance of our office
  • We have saved money by consolidating our phones and interoffice communication

We have expanded our use of Zoom Workplace over the last four years. We first started with just using it for telehealth and it worked really well. We then expanded to using their phones, chat, and workplace reservation. All of the systems have improved our efficiency and ability to communicate with each other as well as our client.
