Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom daily to hold calls with my team members and clients. It easily integrates with my Google calendar. As a host, it's easy to let people in, mute people, share my screen, and take notes or share files.
Zoom also has the ability to record meetings and integrate artificial intelligence note-taking tools to ensure notes and follow up action items are recorded.

I prefer Zoom to the other programs I've used for the customer interface and ease of use and the ability to schedule and record meetings.
