Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace phone to contact clients, messenger to communicate in-house, meetings for staff meetings and telehealth therapy visits. We also use meetings to host webinars.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Limited glitches
  • Customer service

Cons

  • SMS set up lots of issues with the regulations
  • I used to spend hours a month helping clients troubleshoot the old program so they can have telehealth sessions. I never have to now!
It has been helpful for note taking.
No comparing- Zoom Workplace has been wonderful
