Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is used every day at my business for hosting client meetings and internal company meetings. Within Zoom Workplace, there are a lot of other features that we use as well that are helpful when much of our business is done virtually.
Pros
- The buttons are easy to use
- The platform is easy to navigate
- The software is readily compatible with all kinds of devices
Cons
- Sometime connections can talk a while to start up, so just enhance speed
- Video displays can be blurry, would be great to make more clear
- Ideal to lower the price point so more people can be users
- Great to set up sales demo calls
- Great to use for check in calls with current customers
