Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace mostly for talking to potential parents as well as some of our external vendors. We also use it for board meetings since some of our board members live across Canada. Some of the parents we talk to live abroad as well so it is helpful being able to use Zoom Workplace to discuss things with them. We almost never have more than 10 people on one call, usually only 2-5

  • Sharing screen is easy

  • Easier interface for older people
  • Better integration with Calendars
  • easier to get a room link for recurring rooms
  • helps us talk to parents
  • helps us talk to vendors
  • improved collaboration with other sdl schools

It is great for professional spaces, especially when working externally. We use teams internally which we like since it has better file sharing capabilities but for external meetings, the quality and ease is better. Plus since Covid, most professionals have a Zoom Workplace account, making it easy to ask anyone to join
