Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom phone and Zoom for meetings at our organization. I primarily use it for the phone services. We have 30 clinicians who use the platform for virtual therapy appointments and use the Zoom phone functions as well. We have about 2000 clients that all interface with the phone and meeting functions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The phones voice to text works very well
The interface is user friendly
The chat features are well organized and customizable

Cons

It would be nice to have an option to have less information visible when the app is open

The chat features have allowed for better communication even when folks are in meetings

I find that Zoom Workplace works well and I have recommended it to colleagues who have described their phones and client interface systems. It is very good for using the app when working from home as well.
