Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for phone and video calls but our favorite use of Zoom Workplace is the scheduling feature. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time as we did scheduling manually before Zoom Workplace. We also use Zoom Workplace's calendar function. We went from having 3 different applications and one part time employee to one app that does it all.

Pros

  • Simplifies the scheduling process for company with a high volume of meetings
  • Acts as an all in one service for businesses. They support phone and video calls, scheduling, emails, texting, and calendars.
  • Listens to their customers to provide excellent service and continuous upgrades that their customers want.

Cons

  • The email signatures are definitely a downgrade from Outlook. It cannot handle pictures well.
  • Better support after you sign a contract with them.
  • Achieved cost savings by combining multiple applications into one and saving on one part time salary by using the scheduling feature.
  • The speed at which interviews are scheduled has increased significantly.
  • Recruiters have more control over their schedule and have a live view of what their schedule looks like.
  • Fewer missed calls - when we had separate applications for phone and video calls, we would often miss phone calls while on a video call.
We used Dialpad and Teams previously and both were fine. When we were looking at scheduling software, we looked at Calendly. Ultimately, it was cheaper to use Zoom Workplace for phone, video and scheduling and we really liked our Zoom Workplace support team. Calendly and Zoom Workplace Scheduling seem incredibly similar and Zoom Workplace phone has more options that Dialpad did.

If you are currently using multiple applications for email, phone, video calls and scheduling; I would highly recommend switching. We saved money by switching to Zoom Workplace. Using Zoom Workplace

  • Scheduling function to schedule interviews and meetings
  • Zoom Meetings for Interviews
  • Everyday phone use
We will continue to renew unless we find a better or cheaper alternative that doesn't sacrifice quality.

Yes - The mobile interface is very easy to use. The only complaint I have heard is that you cannot skip calls in a call queue on mobile.
