Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for all communications: staff meetings, team meetings, interviews with research participants, interviews with candidates, and we also use Zoom Workplace webinar for our partner/funder webinars. Zoom Workplace is so easy to use so it's functionality is great and it's been beyond helpful in creating ease of communication when our team is spread out throughout the world.

  • Making someone else the host when the host is not there for whatever reason
  • Adjusting individual user preferences
  • Recordings and where they are uploaded (cloud vs. desktop)

It is just so user-friendly and from an Operations perspective, this is the only platform I would recommend or even want to use. It's super helpful in bigger meetings, like our staff meeting, for example, in terms of creating breakout rooms, seeing all participants from one POV, hand raising, etc.
