Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I work in the legal field, and we use Zoom Workplace for meetings with clients and co-workers who work remotely. Sometimes people are not able to come to you, but you want more than just a phone call so it's like meeting face-to--face, but without the hassle of traveling. We use Zoom Workplace for depositions, so attorneys do not have to travel all over the state for depositions. It's like being there, without being there. We love it!

Cons

  • I really have nothing negative to say about Zoom Workplace.
  • It has all of the features and functions that we need.
  • Zoom has saved us time as employees and attorneys no longer have to travel for depositions and hearings.
  • If clients are injured and cannot drive to our office, it saves time and money from traveling to them, but they still get the face-to-face interaction.

Zoom Workplace is well suited for any type of meeting where you would like to be face-to-face, but outside factors make it difficult or impossible to be together. You can use Zoom Workplace to train new remote employees as you can share your screen with them and they can see exactly what you are doing.
