Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use almost all of the Zoom workspace tools: Phone, Meeting, Transcriptions, Zoom AI, Scheduler, Clips, and more. During the company day, it's a fundamental tool, and I have admin access, which allows me to perform the necessary validations for access, permissions, and group creation, all as needed by the user or company.

- Individual transcriptions for each users, I have to send the transcription manually one by one
- full transcription services via email as Zoom AI has now
- Phone service is not the best price because we are reducing this in our service and we are using now Five9
- Zoom meeting is 100% better option than Google Meet, better tools and options to take a meeting and now is our by default app
- Screen recording services is the same than other apps (Loom) and we are using it including in our actual plan.
Zoom AI Companion is the best thing they have created, because it has greatly facilitated the use of the tools, it helps to ask key questions in a meeting, it allows to collect a fairly complete summary of a meeting and also, it is facilitating the day to day of organizations and work teams mainly, because the AI Companion services are something that is also being adjusted and constantly updated, with the purpose that each Zoom Workplace tool has access to the tool and offers detailed knowledge of what can be done in case users are not experts using Zoom but can learn by following a series of instructions.
With Five9, there may be a disadvantage in terms of prices, which is why we're switching to them for the phone service, but Zoom Phone is actually much better. The integration it offers with other tools allows for data collection and call recording. In the Admin service, you can obtain a lot of information per user, per phone, and per available filter. Compared to Google Meet, it's super advanced. Meet is years behind in terms of meetings, features, and everything else that's possible, which Zoom Meeting already does. We use Loom, which allows you to record and make clips, but due to price, and when we discovered that Zoom does the same thing through Zoom Clips, we stopped using Loom and switched entirely to Zoom for this service. It's still improving but offers the features we need.
