Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom is used as a tool to communicate with all the employees in the company. Zoom is used for audio and video meetings. Zoom is used for group standup meetings with shareholders and employees overseas. We also use Zoom to gain remote access to employees computer to fix any technical issues they might be experincing
Pros
- Zoom provides a really good setting for remote access.
- Screen sharing feature is also great.
- Zoom's response time is better than other software.
Cons
- I think Zoom really need to fix connectivity issues.
- Screen freezing is a thing when there are more than 100+ people in the meeting.
- Zoom could change the layout so that all the options like screens, chats are on the screen without interrupting the meeting
- Zoom is particularly been cost effective to use for all the employees.
- It is easy to download and use. Making it a simple process.
- Zoom has been user friendly so less money is spent on training employees
Microsoft team is a bit complicated to use. Not a lot of people are used to using it. Plus you need to have Microsoft 365 which is expensive for the company as well as the employees. Zoom is very simple. Least amount of training is required and it is easily accessible to everyone.
