We primarily use Zoom for webinars and meetings with external organizations and vendors. It has become the "gold standard" in remote discussions, offering a very stable program with consistent features. Since 2020, Zoom has become a noun and verb for remote meetings all across the world, including at our organization.

I would imagine that companies that use the Microsoft Office Suite are using Teams. I prefer Zoom, but it is difficult to use a third-party when a baked-in option is included in another software. This is more of a business competition issue/solution, probably. But I think that Teams is probably more suited for internal dialogue.
