Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I meet with clients daily as a Customer Success Manager, so I need to use many different meeting platforms so I can meet my customers where they are. I host the majority of my meetings on Zoom Workplace, which is essential for me to stay in communication with my customers and collaborate on projects and training.
Pros
- Easy to add agenda's in the body of the invite
- Allows me to control who can join my meeting
- Easy screen sharing feature
Cons
- I would like more fun but work related emoji's
- Improved UX on changing video background
- AI agent to ask questions on how to do things in the app.
- Allows me to meet my customers where they are at
- Allows me to host business call and easily share call recordings
- Need to access to video in VTT format
We have this feature, but it does not do a good enough job for me to use it in call summary notes, action items, or analysis. So I disregard the summary when sent to my inbox. I use other tools that provide better results with more actionable insights into the discussion on the call.
Zoom has the easiest screensharing. In-call messaging is similar across all platforms. Both Zoom and Teams capture in-call chats, which is very helpful if something was missed on the call, you can go back and find the message. Chime is the most challenging to use, but this could be because I use it the least in my day-to-day life.
