Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Especially for older persons unfamiliar with computers and the higher frequency of physical impairment causing them to be home bound, a scripted version of Zoom or a link are a real benefit. The affect is the persons still maintain the contact that promotes their spiritual, psychological and emotional well-being. The feeling of remaining part of everything is an invaluable benefit for any organization.

- Zoom permits interactive meetings, e.g.: question and answer sessions
- Zoom permits drawing people in to meeting who would otherwise be incapable of joining.
- Breakout sessions permit group-based organizational meetings according to the person's function.
Cons
- The disappearing buttons on Android tablets can cause confusion for many older participants. This feature should be configurable.
- Some Zoom sound settings are set once at log in and controlled by the app alone. This feature should be configurable.
- With some devices, image resolution reduction during low bandwidth is inadequate. The result can be choppy speech.

MS Teams is currently being used internally, it is also a very good product. MS Teams is excellent when connection to office applications and office personel are crucial in a secure Microsoft environment. Zoom is better for non-technical persons.
