Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used across the different SDR teams at our organization. It helps our contributors more efficiently prospect potential customers, and find the key stake holders they want to contact.
It solves the business problem of not knowing the right contact for a specific role within a target account, and spending a lot of time finding their contact info via Google.

Pros
- Easy to navigate UI
- Large database of contacts
- Integrations with LinkedIn and Salesforce make incorporating the platform into one's workflow a simple adjustment
Cons
- Having to clear the search everytime I want to do a new company is annoying
- The information is not always accurate, and has resulted in time spent building leads based off bad contact info
- I have significantly reduced the time it takes to find and build new leads via ZoomInfo.
- It has allowed me to create a more organized account targeting approach by aggregating multiple contacts from different business units.
- ZoomInfo has worked so well I often find myself not digging deeper if it doesnt have the info I am looking for.
