Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
zoominfo is one of four databases we subscribe to (Jigsaw, ZoomInfo, Synthio, and GetEmail.io) in order to provide names and contact information for prospects that we will sell and market to. I recommended that we purchase Zoominfo because I had evaluated it at my previous position (Medrio) and found it to be a good source of direct phone numbers.

- Easy to use interface
- Recently updated contact information
- "Fair use" limits are too low
- More export capabilities
- Sometimes buggy interface
- Increased ability to reach prospects
- Helped to build our email database, although it requires manual copy/paste which costs time/money
- Was necessary to purchase other databases to fulfill all of the organization's requirements
- DiscoverOrg, RainKing and Synthio
DiscoverOrg - much more complete dataset than Zoominfo, much better intelligence/leads, much more expensive (by 10X)
RainKing - similar to benefits of DiscoverOrg and almost the same price
Jigsaw - Zoom's data is more recently updated and has more direct and cell phone numbers, Jigsaw can cost much less or be free
Synthio - allows bulk exports at a much lower per contact price, provides email deliverability information, not as accurate as Zoom
