Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Zoominfo is used by the Salesforce & Pardot department with two main scopes: updating the existing contacts (by finding the up-to-date email address and/or phone) and, respectively, for building lists for the research department, that they can use for their surveys.
- Offers a very large pool for finding contacts.
- Offers a great Chrome add-on in ReachOut, allowing you to quickly view the details of a contact whether you are in LinkedIn or somewhere else.
- Now offers a nice Salesforce integrated tool.
- Not all contacts in our database are in Zoominfo, which proves that there are still important people not there.
- Not all contacts have up-to-date data. We have found many instances in which contacts that switched jobs in the last 3-9 months still had the old email address and workplace listed.
- The inability to view the email address & phone straight in the list page makes it a bit weary to go through lots of contacts, as you need to open each and every one.
- Drastically cuts costs in terms of finding the right audience to field a survey: it bypasses the need to buy lists, as we can build them using ZoomInfo.
